Purchased this bass and amp deal just needed bass. Had prob bass player not showing up at gigs so we ordered cheapest bass I found so we have one.. Just happened come with amp and stuff. Plugged it to peavey classic chorus guitar amp, delay petal which went through peavey PA. It sounds better than Fender bass we had borrowed now using this new one. It is hard to find an affordable Bass guitar, so this is very good for its features and price. It is a very good guitar for a person just trying out the Bass. Mine had some upgrades with good pickups, strings, and a bone nut. I applied light lube to the tuners since heavier bass strings put more pressure on the gears. Great - a lovely beginners' instrument. Bought for our grandson for Christmas. He is a talented musician (drums and piano) and has just begun to play the bass guitar. He loved it. It was easy to tune and sounds good.

Ordered this for Christmas for my daughter , it came extremely fast!! Within 2 days of ordering!! Although the recipient hasn't gotten it yet we did open it to look at it. It came very well packaged and everything was tucked neatly in the box. We took the guitar out to look at it and it is beautiful. Perfect for a beginner bass player. I am sure she is going to love it. You cannot beat the price either, for such an affordable guitar it did not feel cheap at all!!

It's a beautiful bass guitar for the money. The amplifier does have an electronic buzz that I am working on removing. Otherwise, I'm more than satisfied. The body of the guitar is flawless. And the wood is very attractive. The threats do need to be polished on the ends, but it's not severe and that can wait. Overall a very good value.

Bought for my son for his band class and it's holding up well. Needed to be tuned as all new instruments do, but the guitar itself is great for beginners. I suggest purchasing a new carrying bag, the zipper on the one provided broke the second week of school and it progressively got worse and just kept falling apart.

I can't say enough good things about this guitar and it's price. It's a beautiful design/color and also has great sound. My wife is an actual musician who is also really impressed with this overall package. I bought it to test the waters and see if I would enjoy playing and now I can't stop looking at new bass guitars to get my hands on. I'm really enjoying this guitar and it was worth the investment.
