In general, we ship orders within 48 hours of receiving them. However, there may be some delays for individual orders due to temporary stock shortages. All orders are shipped via reliable carriers such as Yodel, Royal Mail or Herms.

Please do not drop off your parcel at a ParcelShop or Locker as it may be returned due to its size.

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
