If you need to return an item, please contact Customer Service for a return address or prepaid return shipping label (RL) within 30 days of receiving the product.

Return Procedure

1. Contact Glarry's customer service to explain why you want to return the product, providing related videos or photos if necessary.
2. Customer service will send an RL to your email.
3. Print the RL and send back the original package within 30 days for a valid return.

When we will process the refund

1. If the products haven't been shipped out, we will process your refund within 48 hours. You can expect to receive it within one week. Please note that the exact timing of the refund may vary depending on how quickly your bank processes the transaction.

2. If the products are already in transit, we won’t begin to refund until we receive and examine the returned products.

All refunds will be issued to the same credit card or PayPal account used for the original purchase.

How much we will refund

1. A full refund will be issued if there is a quality problem or mistake caused by us, such as shipping the wrong product, damage, etc.

2. An 80% refund will be given for personal reasons, such as choosing the wrong product, no longer needing the product, or finding the case unsuitable for your guitar.

3. Orders can be canceled for free if they haven't been shipped.

Shipping fees for returning and resending will be charged in the following situations:

1. Canceling the order after it has been shipped.
2. Refusing to receive the package when it arrives, except when the package is seriously damaged during shipment.
3. Resending a product due to customer issues.

Undeliverable Orders

Please ensure that you provide accurate shipping information when placing your order. The shipping label will be printed exactly as you have entered it. If your order is returned to us as undeliverable, a processing fee of 20% will be charged, and no shipping refund will be issued.

If you would like the product to be re-shipped to a US address, an additional shipping/handling fee of $20-30 will apply, depending on the logistics company's charges. Please make sure to provide accurate and complete shipping information to avoid any inconvenience and additional fees.

Warranty Policies

1. The warranty period varies among different products and is generally undertaken by our manufacturers in case of defects in materials or workmanship.

2. During the first 180 days after receiving the product, the manufacturer's warranty policies and procedures apply.

3. If you find a product with manufacturing defects, contact us, and we will assist you in claiming compensation from the manufacturer.
