Shockingly good value. I have two other more expensive bases, but this has become my favorite in many ways. Changed the strings to a set of nyxl roundwounds. Needed to do a full setup including neck, bridge and filing fret sprouts, but well worth it. Sounds great and plays well. Had a 1963 Fender Jazz Bass many years ago. The Glarry sounds about the same, but with beefier neck, similar to an older Fender Precision neck. Well worth the money.

Package was delivered just a couple of days after ordering. Excellent service. After unpacking the bass and tuning it up, I found the strings to be very fuzzy. If you're new to the bass, this is completely normal and needs the truss rod adjusting, and adjustment at the bridge where the strings sit. If you're unsure, visit a couple of YouTube pages, they explain in detail. Once the bass was set up, it played lovely. I didn't think I would get used to it so quick but the connection was immediate. ...

I'm gonna give my full honesty. Ive had it one week and played with it a few times. I was skeptical at 1st but said "hey i need a cheap bass just to play with from time to time" (my focus in the last fee months has been guitar). I had a 5 string I got rid of to reinvest into guitar. Now for $89 this plays well. Only issue is a wierd ring on the G string when played open but I'm gonna do some adjusting. The pickups work great. The knobs great. While my IBANEZ is being fixed (anything with batteries in is bound to go wrong, right ?) I bought this as a cheap fill in for some home recording, not expecting much. A little light in weight and the fat neck (which Fenders have, don't they ?) took a little getting used to compared to the IBANEZ but the performance is far better than I expected and, although the strings are new, that crisp sound, same volume on every string, wow ! I can't play slap but I could almost learn with this beauty

Cant fault it or the service. Only 2 or 3 days from ordering to delivery. I don't know how they make them for the price and free delivery. I'm a guitarist who knows a bit about guitar quality and wanted a cheap bass for home recording. The bass is very good for my purposes, no sharp fret ends, straight neck, good action and intonation. Looks good too. Well done.

Came in unplayable, with no sound whatsoever! Had to take apart the entire bass to replace parts and re-solder the electronics just to get a sound out of it, DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE NEW TO FIXING BASS GUITARS!

The bridge and the nut weren't measured correctly causing the strings to off on the neck. It also came chipped at the input. Even with these issues and the price, I repaired it and it plays fine.

Bass arrived on time 1 week after ordering. Safely packaged with no damage. Looks and sounds amazing. The fret bars are tearing up my fingers because they are so high and need to be filed down and sanded I guess. I've never had this problem but this is also my first bass under $700

Not a bad instrument to start the bass hobby. It plays decent. This one came on time before Christmas. I noticed a few bad things: 1. Some of the screws came loose and not screwed in all the way 2. The cord that comes with it broke after a few sessions, it made static noises and very irritating. 3. The strap can easily be undone accidentally, it can be hazardous to you or anything that this bass guitar can fall on. 4. Customer service not good. They haven't replied to me yet, I reported the ...

Just received my GJazz bass via FedEx which came sooner than originally estimated. I can't be more impressed with the guitar especially for the price! The action was rather high, but I easily lowered it. I'll adjust the truss rod in a few weeks once it acclimates which should bring it down to typical action height. Two of the pickup screws weren't all the way seated which was an easy fix. The neck appears to be unfinished and a tad rough for my taste . . . 600 grit sanding did the trick. N ...

No sharp edges on the frets which was a pleasant surprise. So far no issues with it staying in tune. I'm happy with the sound and have no desire to change the pickups . . . I'm using it to record so I can adjust the sound through software if ever needed. The finish is impressive . . . looking close I can see slight remnants of sanding scratches under the clear and an area with what looks like sagging finish that was buffed out. But it's remarkable for an $85 guitar! I'm tempted to buy a few guitars now . . . can't go wrong!

To be honest I didn't have crazy high expectations, and the actual sound of the bass is better than what I had expected for the price. I'm giving this a 1 star review because out of the box the fret ends are so sharp on both sides of the neck that's it's like a cheese grater for your hands. I'm going to have to get the proper tools and fix it myself or pay someone to do it which will probably cost more than the bass itself. Was looking forward to receiving it all week, and now i'm stuck with eit ...

Just got my Glarry jazz bass and have to say wow. This bass is worth the price even at twice the cost. Had to lower action and peal the film of the guard and then play. Great feel and tone. Well worth it and will be getting a P bass in the next few weeks.

Delivery was fast. Came almost ready right out of box (just string tuning a little) packaging protected it and was good. No blemishing or issue at all. Cord better than one I got with amp. Nice beginner setup.

Great bass guitar for the money. I would highly recommend this bass to anyone that is just now picking up learning how to play or those that want a bass and don't want to break the bank. Took a while to get to me after I ordered it but I'm sure it was due to the holidays and the pandemic slowing down mailing. But other than that, nothing negative to say at all!

Guitar is everything and even better than I expected. The guitar arrived in about a week, just before Christmas, which was perfect. The good packaging was in great condition and was very excited to open and see the beautifully finished "burly wood" body. Everything, the hardware, tuners and all was solid and good quality. Sounds great, and yet still need to get the action/neck adjusted properly. Funny, many of the reviews on Glarry guitars mention that the neck finish up near the head stock ...

Item keeps saying shipped on 12/23, no record of it shipping. Tracking says still not shipped. Glarry blames UPS, but they say they don't have it yet. Keep getting the runaround via email on both of my items. They charged me right away no problem but no one can tell me why it truly hasn't been shipped. Lame! EDITING to add that again I get a disjointed email from someone blaming UPS for not picking up the order after 12 days. NOT TRUE. SO ANNOYING!

I got her a nice heavy duty bass strap that seemed to remedy the issue. There were a few places on the neck inlays that caught her hand. Hopefully, easily fixed. She loved it all. The only real issue is it came with a bag but the zipper wouldn't zip up. It kept pulling apart. The bass is also too large around the tuners to fit in the bag. I guess I will be purchasing a new bag.

The guitar arrived earlier than I thought , Thanks. However the action was too high and the G string vibrates after the tones die. Email communication responded after the guitar was received. I tried to change the color, but they responded two days after it was shipped. Overall I got what I paid for and my son has a starter Bass
