I am super excited to surprise my grandson with his first bass! I never thought I could afford one for him. He will be thrilled. I ordered another really cool guitar for him, but I'm saving it for his birthday. He saw the box and knew we had just looked at that guitar a couple of nights before. They come really fast :) Now he will get the surprise for Chanukah and the other one for the birthday. With this price I could afford two guitars.

Loved my new Bass! I do have small hands and the neck is a little on the big side, plays well and very sensitive. There were some small scratches when it arrived which was kind of sad 'cause it was brand new. I did give a 5 star but a 4.7 would have been what I wanted to do, but round up you know.

It's a very good instrument for a beginner, with just a few little points knocking off that 5th star: The body is quite light while the neck and head contribute a significan heft, which does cause some awkward handling that can get uncomfortable after a while In addition, the pick-ups are quite short which can make then difficult to rest your thumb on Otherwise, I'm very impressed with what I recieved for the pricepoint

very good product did have a minor issue but did get a refund, sounds awesome, color on the website was a little more yellow but in person it is more orange witch i actually like more. but its a great product sounds awesome.

After all the glowing reviews and impressive youtube videos, I decided to give this a try. I wasn't expecting much for $90, but this was nothing like the basses I saw on youtube. The strings were unplayable. They felt like rat-tail files. The mounting holes for the pickup screws were too far apart, so the assembler put the screws in at an angle. This drove the pickups down into the cavity where they were jammed on the angled screws. I had to fill two holes with epoxy (one for each pickup) and re ...

After that and replacing the strings, I was able to play the bass. It sounds nice, but it feels every bit like a $90 bass. I improved the playability a little by sanding the neck and giving it four coats of danish oil followed by a good rubdown with a soft cloth. Bottom line, if you get lucky and get a good one, it's okay. Get a bad one and you will have to return it or fix it.

As others have stated, probably best bass for its price. I am really impressed! Bargain! This review is AFTER doing a bit of work: With some slight adjustments to saddle length, height and truss rod tension, intonation is now very good and action much improved. Regarding electronics, had to angle the pick up further down, below the E string, as it was too boomy on lower frequencies, but it evened the audio level out ok with the other strings. I had ordered a Glarry Bass and the neck wasn't quite finished by the neck shaping machine. I repaired the neck myself and Glarry sent me $20 to cover my time and expense. Glarry has been very helpful and worked with me. I did not have time to return the bass as it was for my grandson for his birthday the day after I received the bass. This bass is great. There was something that was way off. First the tuners were installed in a hap hazard manner as shown by the picture below. Apparently the bass was hit in the factory before it was boxed up as the G tuner shaft was bent and the tuner was hitting the D tuner. You have since replaced the tuners but the installation in the head stock. The space between the tuners is hap hazard, from E to A, 1/4 inch, from A to D, 3/8 inch, and from D to G, 1/16 inch.inch. The Glarry Bass plays and sounds amazing. I plan to use it for recording my new "Delta" album for Spotify. I didn't have to do any luthier work to it, it was perfect as received! It's very light though strong enough not to bend when tuning the strings. The round-wound strings allow for sliding sounds and string slapping effects. It's a very nice bass.

I am surprising happy with my new Glarry guitar. The feel of the instrument, how fit to my body was certainly a hugh plus. The sound was more than i had hoped. My only question is, how can you build a guitar that sounds that good at such a reduced price. I will certainly purchase again.

This is one of the best purchases I've ever made. I will say, I don't have much prior knowledge about bass or even guitar, but I see no issues with mine. It plays beautifully, and for fellow beginners, it's easy to learn. I was hesitant when I saw such a low price, but I got way beyond my money's worth (in the best way possible)! I highly recommend.

Received my Glarry PBass and I was surprised at the overall quality! For such a low cost, I received a very playable guitar. As far as needing a minor setup (which would totally be expected) it wasn't far off! I did have a minor issue where the pickguard was mounted at a slight angle where the position effected both the pickup alignment under the strings, and and also some of the mounting screws missed the underlying body. Glarry Support had no problem shipping a replacement to me ASAP.!

It's a great instrument, especially for the price, my only complaint is that there's some dust or something stuck in the finish, but you barely see it, so it's not really a problem, but yeah, great instrument for the price for sure

It's a beautiful guitar. Unfortunately it came in with a loose pickup. It shouldn't be hard to fix, in fact, Glarry sent a "how to" link when I notified them. It still plays, and I've been under the weather (caught COVID at work) so I haven't felt like doing the fix yet, but my girlfriend (who I bought it for) has enjoyed jamming and thumping on it, so it's mostly a cosmetic issue. Still love Glarry instruments. Have this a semihollow Telecaster, and Telecaster from Glarry, so I'm sure I'l ...

I have several guitars and wanted a Bass that was sub $100. I did some research and was debating between this and Harley Benton. Watching the reviews online this bass peak my interest since the tone was slightly similar to what I was hearing. With shipping and coming from the U.S. I went with Glarry. It came in fine no damage to the instrument. There are a few minor factory scratches here and there. After conditioning the fretboard I noticed a few more scratches. Neck was normal size and comfortable. Buzz was minimal at worst and the neck was straight. Frets were filed nicely. The tuners were stiff and requires a lot of effort. Good beginner bass. My issue with this bass is the strings vibrate on the frets bad around fret 5 after some playing. To make it worse the truss bolt isn't accessible with the wrench they gave me because of the angle the hole is drilled. I emailed customer support and never got a response… so I'm leaving a review lol. There was also protective plastic stuck all around the plug in and knobs.
