I was very excited for this purchase. The guitar arrived and the disappointment.. was heavy. There's a constant buzzing on the lower strings and the low frets on the E string aren't even close for pitch. The image shows a gap of separation on the fingerboard from the body as well. I emailed customer service about a potential return and they said what came across as, here are instructions to fix it yourself because a return would be too costly. The stand didn't arrive for a week until I emailed Glarry and they corrected it for me! For a sub $100 bass it's really great. I just got it learn how to play and it sounds really good for what it is. When it arrived it was well intonated and set up decent, there was only one cosmetic blemish on the tuner but it was minor, the neck has either no finish or a very light finish but once you play it enough it smoothens up and feels good. Great bass would, definitely recommend to a new player.

The Guitar came quickly and is a beautiful guitar with a nice tone. The nut slots needed some work and it needed a setup, but that is to be expected with a guitar in this range. The neck is extremely playable! I also have a Glar Acoustic which I love.

I liked the affordable price and the look of the blue sunburst jazz bass. My plan was to completely modify it which I did. I sanded and stained the neck a darker color, applied several coats of polyurethane and a final coat of paste wax. I purchased the Glarry bass to be used with a student. After some minor setup it was ready to go. I purchased it with the little amplifier, I would probably not buy the amp again as it is sort of a tabletop practice amp. But I would certainly buy another Glarry bass. The bass and amp arrived earlier than expected, and is beautiful. The only complaint/issue is that after I placed the order, I never heard even a peep from the company. No acknowledgment of the order, no emailed receipt, no shipping notification, no tracking number...nothing. No communication whatsoever. Other than that issue, which is important for customer service, the bass is beautiful. The amp has a roar/static sound, but will work for practice I guess.

The guitar was bought for my daughter. She used her own allowance so it's awesome that she got a whole kit for a great price she could afford. The delivery was on time and shipped safely. The instrument works well, and is good quality in every regard I would know to look for. It was easy to tune and nothing snapped, she's been playing it out in the garage and loves it!!

This a good bass guitar and a really great value. You just need to be ready for the little problems that you may find. The cavities are not shielded and the guitar does pickup noise. The neck pickup was stuck in the guard and had to be pulled a bit to come up to height. After a little setup and tinkering, it plays well and is fun. Just be aware that it needs a bit of TLC.

I don't know how you folks do it, but this bass is a good, solid instrument, and at the price it's frankly AMAZING! Minor neck and intonation tweaking after shipping, and it's ready to hold it's own in recording, gigging, etc. Might have to try one of your guitars soon... ;-)

My Glarry GJazz! "Big Enos" I bought it with the intent to covert it to fret less. I also upgraded the pickups to Guitar Fetish 10k Alnico's. Also the electronics and the bridge. I finished it off with some D'Addario flat wound strings and black screws in the pick guard for added flair. Lol! This bass was great right out of the box I only made it "mine" with the changes.
