To re-edit my review for glarry musical instruments I recently purchased my first glarry guitar and the headstock was cracked and not from Shipping I brought this to Glarry's attention and sent them photos they sent back they wanted to knock $20 off the guitar and I said no I think you should send me a new neck so they sent me a new guitar so I'd like to thank Larry very much and I'd like to give them a 5-star rating on their musical instruments high quality very good for beginners and for me me ...

I feel like this one was rushed in production. Came with either a misaligned neck or the bridge is off center. The high e is almost off the neck at the base. The pickups are slanted as well, but I think this is fixable easy enough. Not sure about the neck. May have to reset the bridge or reshape the pocket. Not worth packing it all back up, driving to ups to ship it back. If it wasn't for the neck, it would have been playable and a great deal..

Update: I had a some issues. Glarry reached out to me and took care of it promptly with excellent communication and customer service. I will be back to purchase from them again.

Great Guitar! Unresponsive Customer Care. NO Expedited shipping I paid for! I would give 1/2 star due to no response about the missing amp that was bundled and shipping me and egg steamer with the amp Tracking number. 5 days and waiting for customer service to respond to my email about the amp see the attached picture of the sent email. If you want a better review I need: 1, a prompt response 2, an expedited delivery of the missing amp' 3, A refund of expidited shipping that did not happen. 4, ...
