I'm a 40-year veteran bassist and I'm extremely happy with my glarry precision bass and Jazz Bass. I cannot believe the sound and quality I received at such a small price. I will be using these bases in live performances as well as some recordings along with my music man and Fender basses. I also purchased a Telecaster for my son and he's extremely happy with it. I'm looking forward to receiving a fretless bass and a 5-string bass from you all. Thanks again for all you do for us.

My new j-bass arrived promptly and in great condition. After a minor setup procedure and a bit of polishing, it was time to play. I was immediately impressed with the tonal variations produced through my amp with slight adjustments with the tone and volume controls. I also really like the feeling and playability of the neck. I recently purchased this bass. When it came in, the pickups were damaged, but customer service gave me no problems. They sent me a replacement. The replacement came in, and I am hard pressed to find anything wrong with it. I adjusted the action and tuned it up, and I was playing the bass. It sounds great and feels great. The neck is straight and isn't as fat as the Glarry Precision Bass (which I also have). No dead frets. No grounding issues. You do have to remove the strings and the pick gua ...

You do have to remove the strings and the pick guard, in order to remove the plastic covering the pick guard, but you have to do that at some point anyway to use steel wool to buff the frets, and also wipe down the fret board, but otherwise this product was ready to play out of the box with very little setup required.

Furthermore, this is more for guitar players than specific to this bass....I think it improves your playing. It makes you stretch the fretboard because those easier to reach notes on the extra strings on the guitar are not there. But you'll be able to apply that to your playing. And any guitar player knows your tone can influence and inspire your playing---and the bass notes playing bass do just that. They make you want to get funky. And it also improves your rhythm, in some ways you are another percussion instrument, but able to play distinct notes. One more note on the quality of the instrument... I think its so well built I plan to order one of the glarry Tele style guitars in the very near future.

I bought the Jazz Bass in White. Body has scratches by the bridge where the strings load in. Fit and finish are good, neck joint is tight and clean. Neck is not a Jazz Bass profile, it's kind of in between the Jazz and Precision feel, slightly chunky, but very playable. Hardware does what it is supposed to, tuning keys are ok, probably the weak point of the whole bass. Electronics all function as they should, no grounding hum or buzz. Pick ups sound like Jazz Bass pickups should. I would like to ...

I would say this Bass plays better than a Squier Affinity Series, but not better than The Classic Vibe or Vintage Modified. Is it worth $80?...…….Yes, I would say it is! I'm going to use it as my Church Band Bass, I'm more comfortable taking the Glarry Jazz Bass instead of my $700 Fender Mustang. Good job Glarry, this instrument exceeded my expectations.

Wow , shipping was quick. I didn't expect much but was pleasantly surprised ! The instrument was pretty flawless. I had to do a bit of set up. Action was a too high and two strings needed the intonation adjusted. After that It was a darn decent bass. Pick ups don't have a switch but that's no big deal. Dial in what you like and go. Definitely a bargain .

My bass came quickly. It was adequately packaged and arrived unscathed. After unpacking I immediately saw that it was very nice looking. I tuned it up and it sounds quite good. It plays well. This is a very good buy and a good value. I expected to get a bass that was functional and okay for a beginner. I found it to be that and much more.

I only wished I could have had more than only two color choices when I order last month Out the box, it was clean, no dings ripples or chips. just needs to be set up like any other bass before your get the "best" tone from the instrument, the GJazz Bass is ridiculous quality craftmanship & was very easy to "set up" straight out the box. All it took was adjusting the action because the rest was perfect! Wait dont tell just one friend - Tell T ...

I am very surprised with this Glarry GJazz Bass Guitar. I wasn't expecting much for the price, but the guitar blew me away. Sounds excellent, neck is straight and smooth and excellent finish. No fret buzzing at all, and this is with all the original included components, no upgrades yet. My only complaint is the neck is very thick, if Glarry could get the neck down to jazz bass specs, that would be great. All in all, great bass for the beginner or the pro. Thank you Glarry!

Ihave a 1970 fretless Fender P bass that was my brothers. I can't play it. So I was looking for an inexpensive neck and found this for less than the neck. The bridge and saddles worked fine, not high dollar stuff but functional. I received the guitar in cold dry weather which is responsible for the few fret sprouts. The frets were level so I dressed the ends, lowered the nut a bit, set the action and it plays great. Buy this bass. If you cant do it, have set up and you will love it. Any new guitar I have ever owned needed set up some worse than others. That's why I learned to do it. This is truly a great value, shipping was fast and best of all I can play it and it records well. Great job Glarry. I don't know how you do it for the money.

Other than a dead muffled sounding E string, I could find no problems with the bass after changing the string to an Ernie Ball 105. There were no sharp fret ends on the neck and the bass needed very little setup. Tuners seem solid and the overall sound of the bass is fine. I does need a little setup but any bas out the box does. I was surprised at the build quality. No fret bite. wow..Cant say that for the $300 Ibanez I played at the store. The tone is rich and deep. This weight is perfect. only 8 pounds. Really makes a difference on the back. Band mates love it. I only wish the blue was a little brighter but it is a ...

I think this bass is great. got it before stated delivery date. needed very little setup.intonation was very close, neck was great. will change out the nut and strings after a while. tuned very easy.
