They sent me a bass that was all scratched up hoping it was by mistake. It's a great design but not happy with the results as of now. They were supposed to send a return address and nothing yet. I just want it replaced with a new one. Ordered a guitar before I received the bass and now having some regrets. This was a birthday present from my wife and the Guitar was from my kids.

Here is my update on Glarry customer service. The guitar I received was damaged and in doing so Glarry's company asked what can they do. I said I just want a replacement guitar for the one I have. They sent me a tracking number with my new guitar in route. Like I said on my earlier post, the guitar is a good design but now Glarry has won my confidence and trust that they are a more than fair and willing company to keep their customers satisfied. I ordered this 4 string bass due to a semi- permanent left hand injury with has made it impossible to play my Glarry 5 string bass. After opening the box, setting the neck, checking out relief and setting the action this guitar has a beautiful true sound and holds it tune exceptionally well. This guitar is phenomenal. I was so excited to see it ship to me so quickly. It was packaged beautifully, all I needed to do was tune it and start playing. I never would have guessed that I could get a guitar of this quality at such a great price. This just goes to show that you don't need hundreds of dollars to get into playing.

i ordered this guitar in green after watching counless reviews on youtube. i was expecting to find something negative about this guitar due to its price, but by my suprise i couldnt find anything to complain about. Most of the issues i seen in the reviews are not present on the guitar i recieved. exelent quality. My granddaughter was very happy with her green GST guitar. But why are you giving such cheap cords. She got side plug that got stuck in her guitar. We finally got it out but does not fit or the input jack is not made right. I will have to order a new cord with straight in plugs. Is there a special size....why don't you enclose some instruction or beginner manual for your guitars.....especially if it is for a beginner. Not sure if I would buy Glarry again. Had problems with the Burning Fire too.

After playing guitar for over 40 years, I decided to try my hand at bass. I didn't want to spend a lot due to finances but having had excellent service from customer service on a recent order, I didn't think I had anything to lose ordering from Glarry. The bass arrived yesterday and I haven't put the bass down. Well maybe I'm exaggerating a little bit. But just a bit. Seriously, for the price, you can't go wrong going with Glarry. Thanks.

It's a great instrument, especially for the price, my only complaint is that there's some dust or something stuck in the finish, but you barely see it, so it's not really a problem, but yeah, great instrument for the price for sure

Well did it again. I bought this setup. I couldn't resist. Out of the box this one was fine. The only thing was intonation. It was off a few cents but adjusted just fine. I do wish it had a clear pick guard on it though. Resting my finger on it does leave tiny scratches on it. The amp is ok for practice but I think it could use a little bigger speaker. Other than that I think it's a good deal.

These tend to cost a lot, so obviously this is somewhat cheap quality but for the money it goes above and beyond.

The bass was wrapped in protective wrapping and encased in a rigid styrofoam coffin type deal,then placed in a cardboard box.This bass can't be beat or even approcached for the price.Overall I'm extremely happy and satisfied.

The guitar came package very good. Have not tried to play it yet as was ordered for a Christmas present for my 10 year old grand daughter. Everything seems ok with the exception of the Pick guard. there is a raised portion of the coating on the guard and appears to be peeling off. Right now it's about the size of a dime but will continue to get larger. I know it won't affect the playability but is really an eye soar when given to a child expecting a new guitar on Christmas. Big mistake on the 1'st review There was no flaw in the finish of the GST dark blue guitar. It was the protective coating. After peeling away the coating the finish was beautiful without any smudges or nicks. stupid mistake by an old man. Sorry Glarry!! Guitar is in excellent shape and plays exceptionally well. Just tune and play. My Granddaughter will love it.

This makes Glarry #5 for me. I think they are very good for the price. They sometimes have minor imperfections and need a good set-up but you end up with a playable , decent looking guitar. Some people spend more, (sometimes MUCH more) for one guitar , than I have invested in all 5 of these. Only way a poor guy like me could have this many guitars to play with.
