The quality all in all is good other than fret buzzing and the guitar being very neck heavy but id say this is a good guitar for starters.

Can't complain about the value. It's beautiful to look at, the PJ pickups along with roto-like medium strings sound beautiful, and 24 frets are all one can ask for. I did spend much time lowering the action and straightening the neck. But the adjustability is there. There is an odd wiring error where either tone know does the same thing to either or both pickups. Will be reviewing and changing the wiring down the road. This is definitely a great bass for the price, a great first time bass for beginners and a great feel for even advanced players..setup is pretty easy if you know what your doing..I lowered the strings, and set the intonation, truss rod was good to go. Fast delivery. good instrument, one complaint: Product description did not indicate that it is a "Long Scale" Bass. I prefer the Short Scale Bass. On the picture, I counted 20 frets and assumed that it was a short neck instrument because most long scale instruments have more frets. My mistake. I'll get used to it.

This is my first guitar and so my experience with guitars is very limited. Overall, this guitar looks very nice. The main reason I bought it was because it looks like the guitar that my father had and it brought back fond memories. The fit and finish is nice for an instrument of this price point. This my first bass guitar after decades of acoustic guitar and ukulele. I was only expecting a basic guitar that functions fully. For the most part everything is good except a vibrational buzz that I haven't found yet. It is not good. The amp is small and not powerful but great for home practice. It sounds very good. I would recommend this setup for a beginner. But I do hope to get the buzz resolved soon.

I recently just purchased the Glarry GP electric bass guitar with the 20 watt amplifier, how ever I was sent the wrong amp with a European plug when I live in the U.S. my next complaint is the guitar buzzes like crazy even when I plug it in to my powered mixer it still buzzes. This Glarry Jazz bass has a nice neck and plays well .... great price for an electric bass. I would definitely buy more guitars from Glarry but unfortunately they never have any stock available for sale in the UK anymore.....? Bought the bass amp combo and the set up is great for a practice rig or for a student. Received the package on time and packing was without damage. The bass was flawless as far as body and neck where concerned. The only issue I found was the volume knob was broken. Split right down the side & jagged. My finger found it instantly!!! *UPDATE* Glarry's customer service is "Awesome"!!! I contacted them about my issue with the broken knob on a Sunday & was still contacted back in just a few hours late. Lin took care of everything & went above & beyond to satisfy the customer. Just the fact they got back to me so fast on a Sunday at 11:35 pm EST amazed me. This is my first bass guitar. Sounds great, functions well, looks great, I am definitely satisfied. It came with a big chip of wood taken out of headstock which was disappointing but it doesn't affect the playability or sound so I didn't attempt to return it.

Solid kit for a beginner. Good sound, good amp. The strap is flimsy and uncomfortable but it's cool they include one in the first place. For a first-timer, very pleased with quality of the items vs price expended. Good starter kit for anyone interested. The amp that was provided with the purchase had a constant hum however that override the guitar when playing so had to go buy a replacement amp, seeing as how Glarry support just sent me (very vague) instructions on what may or may not be the problem, and no actual resolution. I considered the amplifier a free addition to the purchase so no harm no foul.

This is definitely worth the money. it is a Great guitar for beginners, and with a few mods can be a great guitar for more experienced players. Im upgrading the tuning pegs, pickups and roller tree. a little work on the neck and frets. So for less than 150.00 and a little work this guitar is better than some twice the amount.

For the price, it's a good purchase. The quality is what you'd expect for $110. I got this for my kid and he loves it and that is why it gets 4 stars. I didn't want to get him a toy and didn't want to spend hundreds of dollars on a guitar if he ends up not liking it. Glarry definitely filled the need and I've looked around the website at their other products. I've aways wanted to learn the bass guitar and I will definitely look at Glarry when it's time to start that journey.
