Bought for my teen daughter, haven't touched this really other than to setup for her but is comparable to a Squier in fit, finish, and electronics so a great guitar for the price conscious guitarist. Came out of the box relatively ready to play. Great guitar that came fast and in great condition, haven't had any issues with anything Cables are great, only small issue is the bridge is a little tight for the Whammy bar, but that's an easy fix. Would recommend

Worth it. Much better than other affordable guitars I've tried. Stays in tune and the action is decent. Two pickups, three way switch for tone and body control. Worth a try, I don't regret this purchase at all.

Decent guitar is almost an exact copy of an 60s/70s Stratocaster. Beautiful finish is fairly soft and scratches easily, but it may not be completely cured. Strings are really awful - poor action and tone but a set of Ernie Ball Hybrids fixed noth issues. Tone is surprisingly good through all 3 pickups. Amplifier has decent sound and power but there's an odd hum at some, but not all, settings that may be coming from the amp, the guitar pickups or controls, the supplied cable (very cheap!), or the ...

Good for the price, pleasantly surprised.This is a good deal for the price, overall better than I expected. Decent for the money. Having said that, the kit is not bad for the money. The amp works although the drive channel is a bit of a joke. Better off getting an inexpensive drive pedal separately if needed. The clean tones are fine. Has enough volume for a practice amp. Seems to have a decent speaker magnet given the weight. Surprisingly Good.I bought this to use as a mod platform, figuring that at this price point I'd have to replace everything. Not so. The guitar was bought for my daughter. She used her own allowance so it's awesome that she got a whole kit for a great price she could afford. The delivery was on time and shipped safely. The instrument works well, and is good quality in every regard I would know to look for. It was easy to tune and nothing snapped, she's been playing it out in the garage and loves it!!
