Three-way switch knob was broken off. Had to make a major truss rod adjustment. Had to shim the neck to get rid of fret buzz. Had to file frightens down due to being too sharp. I understand that it is a budget guitar and I expect to do some of these things. I have ordered two other guitars from Glerry that were nothing like this one. The other two I was able to tune and play right out of the box.

Update wish I could change it back to a 5 star. But they were real quick to getting back to me and helping me out. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐. They helped me out the next day. Thank you so guys so much. I will be doing business with you guys in the future.

The GLP101 is the best Glarry guitar so far, i got the black one, one thing for the beginner glarry should should do is,setup the high of the pickup. my came to low, but I have little knowledge about guitars, but a mother who got the guitar for his child will not be able to set up the guitar properly. The guitar will not sound good. I was looking for a white with pearls but wasn't available I keep the eye on the website.
