Absolutely fantastic violin. I'm so impressed. Delivery was quick. Customer service is fantastic. Really can't fault it. Violin is so powerful in sound. I decided to downsize due to struggling to play full size violins, and it's so comfortable to play.

It's harder to tune and harder to get rosin to work on this violin than on the full sized one from Glarry (V402), and there are more options at full size. But this is the only one currently offered in this size, I think. It's certainly a decent value for only $60 to get a case and a violin and a bow, so that's good. Difficult to keep tuned. The hairs on the bow break very easily. Violin itself is good quality and the sound is good. Probably a better practice violin than a performance violin.

Needed a bit of setup out of the box, but once tuned, the violin plays really nicely. The wood quality feels great and it's very responsive.

Overall, I'm happy with it.I have heard others talk about changing their strings because they weren't staying in tune; after I tuned mine, they sounded very nice, they didn't really go out of tune. Now, to the Violin, the sound is quite beautiful.
