I placed my order with express delivery and got it within the giving time frame it said it was supposed to come to me and received it on time and a bit earlier than the expected which is another plus! Very budget friendly for a great sounding Saxophone, that's a plus for me. Both the horn and the neck came with a protective covering to keep it from scratches or any blemishes which was another plus. Only thing I wish was added was the neck cleaner. But other than that I'm satisfied with my purchase. Definitely worth giving it a try if you're a beginner or even intermediate. Advanced saxophonist may even like this Sax. Appreciate it Glarry! I will continue to order my instruments from here because a while ago I also order my bass guitar from you guys and still play it to this very day and still pleased with it.

Second, my case was chock full of supplies which is saving me a lot of time and annoying trips to a music store here in NYC. Third, I appreciate not being put through gauntlet of a million emails begging me to write a review before I've even had a chance to get a feel for the product. Love love love my new Saxophone and the sound is comparable to the more expensive Saxophones out there. It's a great instrument for those that are new to play or cannot afford thousands to purchase the more expensive.

First time saxapbone player and I was able to play it the first time I tried with no problems. It came very well packed in the case and with cushions under the keys which were easy to remove. This saxapbone sounds really nice. I recommend it and would buy another one

You won't be disappointed. It's awesome! This is beautiful! Works great. My 13 year old son wanted for christmas so I took the chance cause it said student and it's the perfect size for him. Came with everything he needs to play and clean up afterwards. Took him no time to get pretty sounds coming out. I recommend it for anybody.
