I'm a fan! Excellent case for my purposes. The workmanship and materials are very good for this price point. I bought it for my new Squier Classic Vibe 50s Telecaster, and I could not see spending half as much as the guitar cost for a Fender case. That said, the case is very light, and I cannot tell what the frame is made out of, but I would not use it if I was a gigging musician. I simply needed a case for this guitar to keep around the house.

As far as the fit for my guitar goes, the fattest part of the body barely squeezes into the sides of the case and there is a velcro strap which goes across the neck so the whole guitar is locked into place.
Can't recommend this case enough for light use.
