In general, we ship orders within 48 hours of receiving them. However, there may be some delays for individual orders due to temporary stock shortages. We offer free shipping as well as paid courier services, with express shipping fees dependent on the quantity of goods. All orders are shipped via reliable carriers such as Yodel, Royal Mail or Herms.

Please do not drop off your parcel at a ParcelShop or Locker as it may be returned due to its size.

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you can return your order by contacting our Customer Service team to receive a prepaid return shipping label (RL) upon receipt.

Please keep in mind that shipment in transit is beyond our control, and any unforeseen delays are the carrier's responsibility. We will do everything we can to help expedite the delivery of your order. In the event that your package is lost during transit, we will resend it to you.
